Dear Llano High School Parents, Guardians and Students,

We hope you have enjoyed your summer! The 2019-2020 school year is rapidly approaching! This will be an exciting year for Llano High School as we look to strengthen growing programs, improve our facilities, expand course offerings, and welcome new students and staff!

Last year we saw 3 groups of students gain post-secondary job ready certifications for the first time in Llano High School’s history. Our recently developed Health Science program had our first class of Certified Nurse Aide’s, as well as students earning culinary certifications, and our Advanced Welding students who became certified welders.

Llano High School saw test scores improve, from ACT scores, AP Scores, to STAAR scores. Our State Accountability and attendance went up, and discipline went down. We had a State Champion Runner, District Champion Baseball team, and won a Gold Ball in Football!  We look to continue that trend of continuous improvement, each hour, each day, each year.

We will continue to grow and raise the bar in every aspect of school life. Progress is continuous and we will focus strongly on challenging all students each and every day.
